Description

Edit!: Removed the Gray-Outline! It was irritating Me. ^^U

Warning!: Long Description! O:

Name:
As you likely expected, the Name which Doctor Volt ordinarily prefers to have his recognition directed to the Self-Entitled Identification: “Doctor Volt”.
Full Name: Though Doctor Volt prefers the misnomer to his Doctor Character, his Full Name given to him as a Child is Voltaire, specifically Voltaire Mace Steelie. Have you the capabilities to recognize the Musical References for his Name? 8D
Age: According to the Human-Reference for Years, Doctor Volt’s Age is at the approximation: Twenty-One. The reasoning behind why I selected this particular Age shall have clarification within his Complete Backstory.
Height: Doctor Volt is a lithe Anthro with Heights measuring to approximately Six Feet, Three Inches above the ground. Ahh- Isn’t Curtis Rx measuring at that exact Height? I wonder.
Species: Doctor Volt’s Species is an Anthro-Style, and strictly Anthro at that. Though I wouldn’t mind if a Person were to Draw the Tom as a regular Feline, that does not alter the fact that he is merely an Anthro at heart. ^^U
Backstory: This Backstory is rather extensive, I must warn to you. Doctor Volt is my most Human Character thus created, and I hope that you take much pleasure in Reading. Oh! The prior portions from the Story too, are inspired heavily from the Song "Lament For A Toy Factory" by Doctor Steel. If you are familiar with the Song, you shall promptly recognize the similarities. If you are not however, I recommend it very much. Now! I must present- "The Legacy Of Doctor Volt!:"

Voltaire M. Steelie was a curious Child who was born to a Family who revolved their lives’ through the perspective of a Word entitled “Imagination”. Considering that Voltaire himself was obviously rather creative, it would be expected that such a relatable Family would be quite the gift. In Voltaire's conditions however, this was the exact opposite.

Voltaire’s Father was the overall Supervisor of a local Toy Factory recognized nationally for its’ widely admired ‘Plastic Marvels’. Since the young Voltaire was an only Child, his ambitious Father dreamed that eventually, he would replace his Ranking and completely inherit the thriving Company. In spite of this wonderful opportunity that the Tom was granted, Voltaire was completely uninterested in his Father’s legacy. In fact, the origins of his focus lie within the business of Science- Chemistry, Physics, and most importantly- Robots. Even with the apparent direction sparked with Voltaire’s behavior, his Father ignored his interests and proceeded with his original plans regarding the legacy with the Toy Factory.
Throughout Voltaire’s Adolescent Years, his Father pressured him to Intern at the Toy Factory in preparation of his supposed ‘future’. Reluctantly accepting his offerings, Voltaire would work upon the Assembly Line crafting various designed as he was ordered. Quite the monotonous labor he was demanded to complete, until the moment in which he formed a wonderful idea- What if instead, he crafted his precious Robots upon the Assembly Line for Packaging rather than his Father’s ridiculous designs? This pleasurable plan had executed  perfectly in Voltaire’s favor until it was exposed to his Father. Enraged, he spoke to Voltaire, educating him on exactly how “Worthless” these Robots were to the Toy Factory’s progression. He then scorned his creations, referring to such designs as “Mindless Scraps” with “Wicked Intentions”. In conclusion to this ‘discussion’, he urged Voltaire to remain with the original Toy Designs.
Though Voltaire appeared completely content with such orders, it was at that very moment that a multitude of emotions attacked him- He was Devastated. Insulted. Enraged. Voltaire had the greatest of Minds with wonderful Creativity, though his Father refused to recognize it with the blindness of his own egoism. With this, Voltaire’s “Imagination” spiraled. He disobeyed his Father’s strict orders and proceeded with his Robot creations- Except now, instead of merely creating innocent Gadgets, he crafted violent Machines in the reckless attempt to prove his worth to his ignorant Parental Figure. However, once his Father witnessed his sinister actions, he was not impressed in the slightest. In fact- He was utterly appalled. Disgusted with his Child’s sinful rebelliousness, he arranged a secondary discussion with Voltaire concerning the matters. As his Father questioned and educated the Tom for the second time on his improper actions, an enraged argument erupted between the two Kin. With this invited a lecture on how disappointing Voltaire was for his Father and the entirety of his Family, and eventually- Voltaire was Fired from the Toy Factory. Upon the total disownment from his alienative Father, Voltaire scornfully marched to the exit of the Toy Factory and in a heartsick distress, persisted through the foreshadowing unknown.
Though this stringent rejection granted Voltaire the worst of despairs, the Adolescent at last, widened his eyes to the taste of reality- He hated his Father. His ignorance. His egoism. His dismissal- Everything.  With this, as Voltaire’s weeping gradually halted, he devised a plot. A devious plot which would mask the most corrosive revenge upon his greedy Father and tormenting Co-Workers. A plot which would truly express to his Father how brilliant his mind and “Imagination” was. A plot which would ultimately destroy his infamous Toy Factory. As Voltaire flourished quite the liking to such a masterminded plan, he commenced in the foremost order to action- Collecting his reclused Army built of Robots, specially weaponized with objects with terror: Knives, Gasoline, and Voltaire himself held the most important connection to the plot- Matches. As time gradually ticked forth, Voltaire had eventually gathered the complete extent for his presumed Army. Concluding with a final, maniacal laugh, his plan commenced and unraveled.
Drenched with Gasoline the Toy Factory was, from the Boxes, Toys, Assembly, and most important to Voltaire- His Father’s prestige Office. Cautiously illuminating a single, flickering Match, Voltaire accompanied with his Robot accomplices bounded through the corridors, granting a liberal Flame to the shimmering Substance. The Smoke Detectors blared with a deafening  shriek, and the Walls decayed through the fragility to their own feeble mass. Following through with his plan, with crackling lungs Voltaire charged in the direction of a subtle Ladder within the Toy Factory which would bring the Tom to the Roof, from which he planned his Escape. As he clutched the rusty Bars and warily proceeded through the Roof, he heard a foreign racket above the cackle of the animated Fire- Sirens. Attentively, Voltaire gazed downwards at the Earth below and witnessed the horrors- Police Officers, Firefighters- And his Father, struggling in an angered frenzy of Panic and Rage. Though Voltaire smirked in utter satisfaction of the reaction he uprised from his Father, he understood that this contentment would last for a limited period of time- He was caught. Though his impact upon the Toy Factory that Evening was frightening, Voltaire was eventually captured. It was official- Voltaire had Failed. Fainting in a state filled with shock from such events, the last scene Voltaire remembered witnessing before his World faded to Black was his Father, striking a misplaced Robot in attempt to destroy its’ Mechanics, and erase the memory of Voltaire.
(Song References Are Over At This Point.) When Voltaire awoke from his merciless slumber, he found himself locked in a White Room similar to a Hospital, though it withheld an eerie chill throughout the air. Confused the Tom was, logic eventually returned to the mind of Voltaire, and he gradually concluded- This was not an “Ordinary Hospital”. He was located within an Asylum, labeled as “Criminally Insane”. It was positive that he must escape from such a nightmarish fate, though Voltaire completely understood that hastening the process would grant to him the mistakes that he could not spare. This required the time to properly coordinate the plot. Tranquility and Order was the primary objective.  With this, Voltaire resided at the wicked Asylum for Weeks upon Months, consistently noted for his pleasurable Attitude and delightful Behavior. He was forced under the radar in the priorities of the Medics- Defined as nearly harmless by nature- Exactly Voltaire’s intentions. Attention was drawn completely from Voltaire, and the plot had officially commenced.
One carefully-planned Evening, in the shimmering light of a Full Moon, Voltaire’s plot had at last settled- He was escaping. With this, in his witty observations, he snuck from the Ward with the fastening of a Window, leaving behind not a single trace signifying his existence. Stowing the remainder of his possessions, Voltaire completed that last of his plan- He sprinted. He hadn’t the slightest direction and motive of his bounding- He merely allowed his sore Paws to control the utmost fate he would encounter. Reminding himself that this time, mistakes were not an option, he refused to halt. He could not. Must not. He could not Fail himself for the second time. Eventually, with such a powerful determination- He succeeded. He was Free.
That brings Voltaire’s story to his current predicament. Upon escaping the Insane Asylum, Voltaire renamed himself under a new alias. Wishing to vanquish himself of his Father’s Name, he entitled himself as ‘Doctor Volt’. He eventually found a Home within a Laboratory hidden Underground, silently practicing his dreams- Chemistry and Robotics. In addition to these details, Doctor Volt is proceeding with his actions for plotting. Originally, though Doctor Volt had caused damage in the initial procedure, he hadn’t truly achieved his Revenge. He was a foolish Adolescent in the duration of his foremost schemes, who found himself trapped within the madness of the sequentials following his pointless plot. That would not happen for a secondary time. He is now forming and planning upon a contemporary plot- Violent and stealthy, a disaster which would destroy his Father’s livelihood. A chaos which would force his Father to repent for his actions. A tragedy which would make his Father wish that he were never even Born. Ahh. Now, he must prepare, as this plan must orchestrate perfectly. Building the most deadly Robots and testing upon Living Subjects Doctor Volt is. Warranting that not a single detail shall be misplaced. The plan will be masterful and imposing. The plan will be utterly flawless. In conclusion to such situations, Doctor Volt’s brilliant mind will prevail. Doctor Volt’s brilliant mind must prevail. Mistakes in this will ruin Doctor Volt’s Life, which is why this time- He won’t be caught.
